Buying Credits from your Phone
To order credits from your phone, text message the product code that you
want to 23000 or 26469. You will receive a confirmation message via SMS on your phone. Once you
respond to this confirmation message, Red Fish will send you another
message that contains a link for you to download your product. If you are ordering one of the monthly plans, text message the plan name
to the appropriate shortcode. For example, to order the Gold plan text message GOLD to 23000, for the Horoscope plan
text message FUTURE to 23000 or 26469.

Text Alert Services
Once you sign up for a Text Alert Service you will automatically be billed and incur charges
on your cell phone as stated in this Agreement each month until you cancel the Service. You will
receive your content everyday Mon-Sun. To stop service text STOP to the delivery short code,
23000 or 26469.
Voting and Polling
Voting and Polling programs are billed at $0.25, $0.50, $0.99 cents depending on what program

What is SMS?
SMS (Short Message Service) is a service for sending messages to a
wireless device (e.g. mobile phone, pager, Blackberry, etc.). You can
send up to 160 characters (224 characters if using 5-bit mode)
depending on the recipient's mobile device as well as the language
you type in.

Monthly subscribers receive credits at the beginning of each month. Gold
plan members ($9.99 / month) receive 12 credits
Is my phone compatible with your service?
Visit our compatible handset page. If you do not see
your phone in this list, unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide services to your
phone.
Does my phone have to be internet capable?
Yes, your phone must be capable of accessing the Internet and able to send
and receive text messages. Please note that these features may incur extra costs with your
carrier. If you are unsure as to whether these are included in your phone plan, contact
your carrier.
T-Mobile Customers must subscribe to T-Zones in order to activate their Internet access
How many ringtones can I have on my phone?
Each phone has a certain memory allocation. Once this allocation has been
used up, you can not add any additional ringtones without deleting a
prior one first.
How many times can I download a ringtone?
Each ringtone that you order can only be sent to your phone one time. If you accidentally
delete it, you must pay for a new one. Each product is copyrighted material and is therefore
meant for one individual non-commercial use.
Can I listen to a ringtone before I order it?
Yes, simply click on the product you're interested in to popup a preview window
What is the difference between a polytone and a true tone?
A polytone has been synthesized from the original work (An instrumental
version). A true tone is the actual artist played on your cell phone.
Carrier Specifics
AT&T:
If you're using AT&T as your mobile carrier, you must have an
Internet-enabled cellular phone to download our ringtones, wallpapers
and games. Not all cellular phones come web-enabled, so check your
phone's documentation or manual. Still unsure? Call AT&T at
(800)331-0500 or visit them online at http:///www.wireless.att.com.
T-Mobile:
If you're using T-Mobile as your mobile carrier, you must have
T-Zones available and enabled on your cellular phone to download our
ringtones, wallpapers and games. Not all cellular phones come with
T-Zones, so please be sure your phone does. Don't know if your phone
has T-Zones? Call T-Mobile at 1-800-TMOBILE or visit them online at
http://www.tmobile.com.
Verizon Wireless:
If you're using Verizon Wireless as your mobile carrier, you will not be able to download any
wallpapers, ringtones or games. Unfortunately, we can only send SMS text alerts to Verizon Wireless
phones.
Who do I contact if I don’t receive my product?
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours or you believe that
your credit total is incorrect, please contact us.
How do I cancel my membership?
To delete your account, send an email to support@myredfish.com
From your phone, text message the word STOP or END or QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel your subscriptions
